The SPEAR Cycle™ breaks the SPEAR into manageable intervals to maximize efficiency and results.

​To-Do lists are great for short-term results. However, simply completing more lists doesn’t mean doing the right tasks. Breaking tasks and into manageable tasks creates the sense of accomplishment need to reach greater goals.
